海洋石油 302是中国首艘江海全域、冬夏全季LNG运输加注船，由中集太平洋海工为中国海油建造，2024年4月交付，CCS入级。该船总长132.9米、型宽22米、型深11.8 米，货舱容积12000立方米，配2个C型液罐，单罐6000立方米。采用可倒桅与拉式桨全回转推进器，可入长江干线、适应B级冰区，燃油消耗降低约1吨/天。最高加注速率2000立方米/小时，可服务大型LNG动力船，兼具运输、加注、中转与惰化/ 冷舱等功能，被誉为水上移动加气站。母港宁波舟山港，主要服务长三角及沿海，支撑绿色航运与能源保供。
Haiyang Shiyou 302 is China’s first LNG transport and bunkering vessel capable of year-round operation across river-sea waters in all seasons. Built by CIMC Pacific Offshore Engineering for CNOOC, the ship was delivered in April 2024 and classified by China Classification Society (CCS).
With an overall length of 132.9 meters, a moulded breadth of 22 meters and a moulded depth of 11.8 meters, it features a cargo tank capacity of 12,000 cubic metres, equipped with two Type C liquid tanks each with a volume of 6,000 cubic metres. Fitted with foldable masts and pull-type azimuth thrusters, the vessel is permitted to navigate the main channel of the Yangtze River and complies with Class B ice region requirements, cutting fuel consumption by approximately 1 tonne per day.
Boasting a maximum bunkering rate of 2,000 cubic metres per hour, it can serve large LNG-powered ships. Integrating multiple functions including cargo transportation, LNG bunkering, transshipment, inerting and cold-down operations, it is hailed as a mobile offshore gas filling station.
Homeported at Ningbo Zhoushan Port, it primarily serves the Yangtze River Delta and coastal waters, underpinning green shipping development and national energy supply security.
