AIDAprima is the lead flagship of the Hyperion-class fleet operated by Germany’s AIDA Cruises. Delivered and commissioned in April 2016, it was constructed at the Nagasaki Shipyard of Japan’s Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and flies the Italian flag.

The cruise ship measures 300 meters in overall length and 37.6 meters in beam, with a gross tonnage of 125,600 and a service speed of 22 knots. Spanning 18 decks, it can accommodate 3,286 passengers, supported by a crew of 900. Its iconic bright red “lip” hull livery delivers outstanding recognizability.

Onboard facilities include 12 restaurants and 18 bars, alongside six swimming pools, a 3,100-square-meter spa complex, an indoor water slide, and a multi-purpose theater. The vessel positions itself around laid-back leisure and year-round entertainment offerings.

It operates year-round itineraries across Northern Europe, the Baltic Sea and the Mediterranean Sea, standing as a benchmark premium leisure cruise vessel in Europe.
