精铟1号是中国华南首座自主知识产权KOE01型自升式风电安装平台，由中船七〇八所设计、黄埔文冲建造，2019年投用，归广东精铟海工所有。平台长85.8米、宽40米，配4根 80米八角桩腿，作业水深达45米，甲板面积约2000平方米，可变载荷2500吨。核心装备800吨全回转绕桩起重机，最大吊高100米，可抗12级台风，兼具风机吊装与单桩沉桩功能。定员80人，自持力30天，专为中国沿海风电场设计，打破国外技术垄断，助力海上风电高效建设。

Jingyin No.1 is the first KOE01 jack-up offshore wind installation platform with independent intellectual property rights in South China. Designed by CSSC 708 Research Institute and built by Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding, it was put into operation in 2019 and is owned by Guangdong Jingyin Offshore Engineering.

The platform measures 85.8 meters in length and 40 meters in width, equipped with four 80-meter octagonal legs. It operates at water depths up to 45 meters, with a deck area of around 2,000 square meters and a variable deck load of 2,500 metric tons.

Its core equipment is an 800-ton full-slew leg-encircling crane with a maximum lifting height of 100 meters. Capable of resisting Category 12 typhoons, it integrates functions of wind turbine hoisting and monopile pile driving.

It has accommodation for 80 personnel and a self-sustaining capacity of 30 days. Custom-built for coastal wind farms across China, it broke foreign technological monopolies and facilitates high-efficiency construction of offshore wind power projects.
