顺一1600是全球首制深潜坐底多功能风电工程船，由中船集团上海船舶研究设计院设计、黄埔文冲建造，2026年交付，入CCS船级社。船长115.8米、宽58米，漂浮作业水深 80 米、坐底作业水深32米，甲板载荷3600吨。核心配置1600吨桅杆式回转起重机，最大吊高161米，配3000千焦液压打桩锤。可漂浮或坐底作业，漂浮抗7级风、坐底抗9级风，能抵御16 级台风自存。集基础施工、风机吊装与运输维护于一体，可满足10MW级海上风机安装需求，综合作业能力国际领先。
Shunyi 1600 is the world’s first submersible and sit-on-bottom multi-functional offshore wind engineering vessel. Designed by CSSC Shanghai Merchant Ship Design & Research Institute (SDARI) and built by Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding, it was delivered in 2026 and classified by China Classification Society (CCS).
The vessel measures 115.8 meters in length and 58 meters in width, with a floating operating water depth of 80 meters and a sit-on-bottom operating water depth of 32 meters, and a deck load capacity of 3,600 metric tons.
Its core equipment includes a 1,600-ton mast-type slewing crane with a maximum lifting height of 161 meters, paired with a 3,000-kilojoule hydraulic pile hammer.
It can operate in either floating or sit-on-bottom mode: operable in Beaufort 7 winds when floating and Beaufort 9 winds when sit-on-bottom, and survivable against Beaufort 16 typhoons.
Integrating foundation construction, wind turbine installation, transportation and maintenance functions, it meets the installation requirements of 10MW-class offshore wind turbines, boasting internationally leading comprehensive operational capabilities.
